I found it interesting that in your whole conversation you didn't talk about linkedin learning and the potential for linkedin to become a place for future education and personal/career growth outside of the social network sphere. Do you have any insights into avenue linkedin could expand into that our social networks either cannot or have not?

I do not know about top and bottom line effects of Linkedin learning but I can speak on my personal experience with it.
My company offers it for free to all employees. I don't know if it has made a significant difference in success or improved my work a ton (it feels like it has but that could be a placebo) but I can attest to the effect it has had on my morale and retention. It makes me feel like my company respects and wants to see me grow, which has made me happier and more likely to stay. I think (and hope) if I ever had to leave or look for another job the certifications I gained through it would help.
